SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are sent via express post for a flat rate of $9.95
- Delivery times are 1-2 business days for most addresses in Australia (addresses outside Aus Post’s express network may take longer)
- All orders are shipped within 1 business day
- Signature on Delivery is required for all orders. Authority to leave can be requested via the Aus Post website (log in using the same email address used to place your order) or by adding a note to your order however Madame Lash Katoomba will be unable to assist in the event that your order is lost.
As we rely on Australia Post there are occasions where unexpected delays are beyond our control.
All tracking details are sent in an email once your order has been dispatched. A link to track your package is included in the email, however if you would like to track your package directly from the postal service, please see the link below:

RETURNS POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason then please contact us within 30 days from the purchase date. We will not accept returns after 30 days.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
In order to qualify for a refund the item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds provided will be for the original sale price only and any shipping costs will be forfeit.
Once you have sent the item back please allow 14 days for us to receive and inspect the item. Once we are satisfied it is in acceptable condition we will contact you and provide a refund.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll organise either a replacement or a full refund.
We may require the item to be returned, however this will be at our expense once we have inspected the fault.
Once you have returned the item please allow 14 days for us to receive and inspect it. Once we have done so we will contact you and provide a refund or replacement.

REFUNDS
If we notify you that we have provided a refund please allow a few days for paypal, your bank or credit card company to process the request. If you have not received your funds within 3 or 4 days then please let us know.
