What it does:

For perfect application and distribution of Brow Powder and Brow Pomades. Use the spooley end for blending and smoothing product evenly.

Tips & Tricks:

• Applies Brow Powder and Brow Pomade to the brow
• Start towards the beginning of the brow working towards the tail
• For more intense looks apply more product either Brow Powder, Brow Pomade or
• Brow Perfection Pencil from mid section of brow to tail
• Set with Brow Gel
• Lift and open the eye with highlighter from our Master of Illumination Palette
